I am in 65,000.00 of debt, I need to have my payments reduced..

I do own my own home I do not want a judgement against my home, I have been threatened by a debt collector that they would garnish my wages and that is Target Vis Card that I owe 10,000.00 They also told me to sell my car!

What can I do to stop this harassment.

Im not even sure how much debt im in iam going to assume maybe 25-35,000.. and or less. anyway I have a lean on me? I dont even know what that is? How may I have this taken off? I cant even get an appartment for my son and I. Because I had owned a home with my husband before but it was sold and we took them to court so they wouldn’t put a unlawful detainer. Well we won the case but they filed it under another name they were using as a different business because they had multiple business names. So its still on my credit report. How can I clean up my debt?
