    Robert,
We are negotiating, as we have already settled one of your two accounts. However, legal action is possible. Obviously we have a plan for you to avoid any consequences from this lawsuit, so get in touch with your account representative. We deal with this everyday. Typically creditors do this to scare our clients and all it does is allow us to make an offer that they will accept. Creditors dont want to go to court over every account that is delinquent, so call up your representative and she will walk you through the process.
